Definitions
- “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that is collected through the Client’s online campaigns, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, other contact information and any personal data.
- “Processing” refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, or sharing.
- “Lead Data” refers to the personal data collected from individuals who engage with campaigns or on online platforms, including form submissions, interactions with ads, or requests for more information.
Data Processing Activities
- Collection of Personal Data: The data from collected from individuals who interact online or with ads, fill out forms, or engage with content on behalf of the Client.
- Use of Personal Data: We shall process the personal data solely for the purpose of delivering the services, which includes managing and optimizing online platform campaigns, collecting and storing leads, and facilitating follow-up communications with the leads.
- Data Sharing: All lead data collected during the campaign will only be shared with the Client. We will not share or disclose any lead data with any third parties and will not use the lead data for any purposes other than those specifically agreed upon between Wowels and the Client.
Data Protection Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Wowels will process the Personal Data only in accordance with the Client’s instructions and not for any unauthorized purposes.
- Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: Wowels will ensure that the data is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties and will not be disclosed to any other clients or parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Retention: Wowels will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the online platform campaigns or any other service offered.
- Third-Party Services: Wowels may use third-party services (e.g., advertising platforms, CRM systems, email providers, apps etc) for the purpose of managing and optimizing the online platform campaigns. These third parties will be required to comply with appropriate data protection and security measures.
